• Help users understand and utilize Views efficiently.
• Ensure our app is ready for these design and infrastructure updates.

Design overview

On the homepage, whenever customers apply any filters, we suggest to save them as View and for new customers, we show intercom product tours to better explain the value behind the concept.

Customers can easily apply saved views for features like Reporting. This allows them to quickly build simple workflows, such as reviewing content after running a specific campaign and reporting on the results.

Results

Releasing the views validated our concept testing and boosted filter usage by 48% among active users.
